A one-of-a-kind fantasy adventure film that uses found footage style in an interesting and fun way. It’s a matter-of-fact monster movie, with bizarre creatures that are as fascinating to observe as they are scary to encounter. The film makes the most of the snowy Norwegian locations and the effects are surprisingly believable. (Usually, found footage is a way to hide limited funds.) Also, the sound mix is awesome with the large trolls making loud sounds in the night.
